Regular nightly rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy. There is an additional nightly charge of $25 U.S. for each person over 2 per guest room. For accommodation costs paid in Mexico, there is a 17% local tax in addition to our listed nightly rates.

These pricing rates and reservation requirements apply to our regular season & do NOT apply to Day of the Dead reservations. Because of the sheer volume of demand for the Day of the Dead reservations, guest rooms can not be reserved unless the guest making the reservation reserves and pays for the maximum number of guests the room can accommodate.
